A 10-day road trip with six children - Part 1
For years, Lyman has talked about Crater Lake and his memories of going there with his parents and siblings. So I decided this was the year we were going to do it! It was so worth the drive through northern Nevada!

You're blogging again! Yay!!! I LOVE the pictures. Crater Lake sure is gorgeous, but your family is an even lovelier sight. ;-) Miss you guys so much! Did Amanda donate all of that beautiful hair? Wow. That's brave! It is such a pretty color, too. I love pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, too, and even though it really isn't fall here, I've still already made them twice this month! And pumpkin (butternut squash) soup. Mmmmmm.... I also love the beginning of Christmas music season. Our ward doesn't have a choir director yet since our ward split, so I'm getting really anxious about the Christmas music scene. Yikes! I'm surprised I haven't started listening to or playing Christmas music at home, yet. I usually let myself do that in October (although Cory would prefer that I wait until at least November--the Scrooge!)
